E-Mail Disclosure

The information contained in e-mail messages from Sakhumnotho may be privileged, confidential, proprietary, or otherwise protected from disclosure. If you received any e-mails from Sakhumnotho in error, please notify the sender immediately by replying to the e-mail and delete the e-mail from your computer. If there are any attachments to the e-mail that you received in error, kindly refrain from opening them, and do not download or save them to your computer.

Protect your privacy

For your protection, please do not include any confidential information, such as account numbers, Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, passwords, or other non-public information in any e-mails that you send to Sakhumnotho.

We do not accept orders via e-mail

Please do not transmit orders or instructions regarding a Sakhumnotho account or any transactions, such as the opening of accounts, payment orders, trading orders, revocation of orders or authorizations, blocking of credit cards, changes of address or other personal details, by e-mail. Sakhumnotho does not accept or act on orders or instructions sent by e-mail. Similarly, Sakhumnotho does not accept trading instructions via voice mail, text messages, instant messaging, or facsimile.

The information provided in an e-mail or its attachments is not an official transaction confirmation or account statement. If you are a Sakhumnotho client, your official account statements are mailed to you, or made available to you electronically or by such other means as our clients have directed.

We retain and protect e-mail messages

In accordance with industry standards and practices, and to comply with our legal and regulatory retention requirements, Sakhumnotho retains e-mail messages for a period of time in accordance with our established policies, guidelines and procedures. Those messages are kept confidential and are accessed and used in accordance with our policies, guidelines and procedures.
