The mandate of the Global Fund For Jesus (GFFJ) is to do that which Jesus Christ would do if He was physically present amongst us. He would take care of the poor, the vulnerable, the afflicted, the sick, the oppressed and all those who are affected by all forms of oppression.

GFFJ aims to focus on 6 Key areas of interventions and human support namely: education, healthcare, food security, job creation, entrepreneurship & economic empowerment. GFFJ will invest in high-impact projects in all developing countries and where necessary it will partner with existing organisations to execute its mandate.

The Global Fund For Jesus own 11.5% equity stake in Sakhumnotho Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Sakhumnotho Group Holdings was the first company to donate some of its shares to the Fund. This decision has led to phenomenal growth in the Company. Since the Vision for GFFJ was given to the Chairman of Sakhumnotho Group, in 2009, Sakhumnotho Group has funded more than 90% of the operational costs of GFFJ to date.

The short-term objective of the Fund is to support existing non-profit organisations that share a similar vision, mission and objectives, as well as to support indigent families with food hampers, stationery hampers and other forms of immediate humanitarian support.

The medium to long-term objective of the Fund is to build Schools, Orphanages, Shelters, Old Age Homes, Entrepreneurship Centres, Clinics, Hospitals, etc, in areas where they are needed the most and where significant impact can be realised in the lives of people.

The other objective of the Fund is to win many souls to Jesus Christ through not only preaching but also in doing that which Jesus would do, thus demonstrating His love for His people.
